Worried about your drinking? If you fear you're hitting the bottle a little too much, just a few minutes of mindfulness meditation every day could help you cut back, new research has found.

Meditation helps you stay focused, and that's especially true for older meditators who can develop superior cognitive skills such as a better attention span, a new research study has found.

Older people who meditate for up to an hour a day have better cognitive abilities than others of a similar age who meditate less or not at all, researchers from the University of California at Davis have discovered.
